Absolutely. I took a lot of nude figure classes when I was in college, and I must say, it is one of the least sexual things! You go, "wow that person is naked and I think XXX about how they look" for approximately 3 seconds, and then after that it's all business.
The only time we ever had a strange experience was with a male model who was making eyes at one of the girls in class....we did not like that so much! See, anything sexual was really not invited.
Based on my experiences there, I would definitely do it....but not for free! It can be hard work!

Here we have an elder gentleman who comes in every semester to allow us to draw or paint him and he has never been afraid to strut his stuff lol. I love art, and while I'm not the most conventionally attractive man... I know that thicker people are generally more well received as nude models because trying to paint rail thin, narrow subjects proves rather difficult. Straight lines aren't exactly a super common feature in nature.
I would do it in a heart beat, especially if I was allowed to take my pick out of all the paintings at the end of the semester.
Besides, ya never know which cute artist chick has a thing for big guys ;-)

I want to know where this university is that pays so much for nude modeling! I am saying other. I am an Art student and I have taken several classes that uses nude models. working as a nude model for art classes are pretty stress free. They always close the door when there are nude models are working. Teachers never ask the models to pose in ways that are uncomfortable for the model. sketching nudes is not really a sexual process most people are just interested on how the body LOOKS rather than what it is. it is like drawing objects only your object moves. Also I know several people who work pose nude for art classes and they get about as much as a work study student. (about $30 for a 2-3 hour class at the most.)

I have the confidence that with the right situations I could be in except I think the fact that I have a job that would make me terrified someone I work with so to speak would find out. Still I think with the right circumstances let me have a glass of wine before class starts and then lets do it.
