The point is that the pressure it applies is very gentle and you can actually move it a bit around and in/out to create actual sensations of stretching the sphincter muscles. Unfortunately it's currently out of stock but it's very well worth to wait.

I've had some from the Aneros MGX and the Lelo Billy while solo. Both when used correctly and hitting the spot work well.
