I've gotten off in all kinds of positions, and it's always amazing to me how different each one feels. Generally though I find myself on my back and side, so that's why I voted as I did.

Lying on back or side seems to work well for me, but experimenting with different positions feels good. I would imagine every individual is different, what works for one may not work well for the other, just a hunch

For solo time the back and kneeling get the most use. Kneeling is mostly for larger toys, that way I can ride them and not tire out my hands. For partner play I like to lay on my Liberator Ramp and let my wife work on me in a doggie style position.

It really depends on the toy I'm using. P fun works best for me if I'm standing up, bent over, other toys work better if I'm laying om my back.

By lying your on side, do you mean like in a knees bent position?
