How Old Were You When You Realized You Were Gay/Bisexual?

I've been going back and reading old posts, and I saw one that was this topic, however, it wasn't a poll. So I thought I'd resurrect it.

Though this poll is private, I'd love to see some stories, if you feel like sharing. Thanks!!!

It's amazing, I've never really thought about it.

I just consider myself bi-sexual because I have sex with guys and girls.

I never really had a moment of "oh my god I'm BI!"

The first time I was with a guy it was like "do you want to fuck me after you finished fucking my girl?" and I was like "cool, ok."

I have a diary post from about 9th grade where I straight-up said "I don't think I'm lesbian, because I'm still attracted to ___" (male name). I just didn't have the vocabulary yet to know what I was feeling. Bi and proud!

In middle school I remember thinking about girls all the time, but since I didn't really know jack about sexuality, I just figured it was an 'artistic appreciation of the female form'. I later (after learning all about sexuality) just understood that I was just as attracted to girls as I am to guys.
I don't like to use the term 'bisexual', though. Nothing against people who do, it just doesn't really feel right to me. I'm still figuring out what fits best personally, but right now I'm content to at least say I'm very fluid. (And def. 100% Queer)

I was about 13-ish when I figured out that I liked girls, but really came to terms with being a lesbian around 16. Honestly, I didn't even realize it was an option for me until I saw Idina Menzell in RENT!

I knew by 13 years old because I was experimenting with a few of my older friends that were girls. There is just something about the way a woman touches you vs the rugged way a man does. I for one LOVE to eat out other ladies and watch them squirm because we know what feels best. I am engaged to my wonderful fiancée of 5 years and he loves that I am down to bring a woman home and show her a good time. I will always be hot and bothered by other women and there is no shame in my game!

I don't really consider myself bi. I'm just sexually adventurous, lol. I think I realized that I like men and women about 12 years ago, not really sure. I heard that being truly bi means one can fall in love with the same sex or have feeling for them. I couldn't actually have feelings for a guy the way I do for women. For me, it purely a physical, sexual attraction.

I remember being very young, and it was a difficult situation because I was a bi-racial adopted child growing up in a small southern town attending a tiny christian school. I must have been in the 2nd or 3rd grade when the Olympics were on, and the only thing that held my attention was the male divers! Of course I didn't have any social support to ask questions about this, as my classmates avoided me for social reasons I wasn't aware of, and my adopted mother grew up during the Great Depression. Hell, she lied to me about being adopted and mixed until I was 18, and then my older adoptive sister had to break it to me!
