1. Brine it overnight.
2. Marinate it with a mixture of light soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, and freshly grind mixed peppercorns, spray a layer of cooking spray all over turkey to keep moisture in.
3. Roast in oven over a layer of chopped onion, carrot, celery, and garlic.

When it's done, save juice from bottom of pan, remove the grease, thicken the juice with corn starch and additional salt to taste. The juice will make a wonderful gravy.

brine overnight, stuff w/ apples, onions, celery, carrots, & herbs, salt & pepper the top, olive oil over the top, a special herb butter under the skin, then roast in the oven. most delicious & the juiciest turkey EVER!

Pressure cooker is the best and healthiest way to go. I used to like it deep fried in peanut oil but that it is too greasy and fattening for me since my weight loss surgery. So now I love it cooked in the pressure cooker.

I usually make small incisions in the skin and fill the skin with herb butter, then cover it in tinfoil and slow cook it.
