Big santas, sleighs, snowglobes, etc in the front yard. Do you find this tacky or cute? Do you put these up in your yard?

If there is only one, maybe two at most, then I think it's okay. It becomes tacky when you can't see the grass for all of the inflatables, or the blow up decorations are scattered around so many other decorations that it's just too much.

I have seen people use them in ways that work, such as a Santa in the back of an old red truck that was pretty cool... others not so much.. just like with any decoration with thought it can look good, or it can be really tacky and over the top.. I like the traditional decorations so I don't use

No, what a waste of money and electric. We put up a tree in the house and only turn on lights when we are showing the boys our tree. That is it.

I agree with Nicky. One or two are cute, but when you can't see the yard anymore because of the decorations, it gets tacky quickly.

I think they're tacky. But, people can do what they want on their property. It doesn't bother me, I have more important things to worry about.

Tacky, tacky, tacky, tacky, tacky.
My neighbor has a blow up tree with a Santa that pops out the top. The damn thing has a hole in it, so Santa deflates like a drunkard, then pops back up and slowly deflates again. Embarassing.

THey are a cute idea, but I've rarely seen them actually used in a way that isn't tacky. Unless you have a HUGE yard, they are especially tacky.
