Easter Dinner... Who cooks?

Just wondered how many folks on here host the holidays at their house? We ALWAYS go to grandmas or my mother in laws and I wish that we could host it here. Just don't have the room for it Anyone cook for the holidays? Do you bring side dishes? Etc

We have the largest house, I always cook the dinners. Of course, I also get most of the leftovers too!! Yesss!!! No cooking for a week.

Well we do the cooking, but that's mostly because we don't live anywhere near family any more. When we did it was usually one of my two aunts that hosted the various holidays and family get togethers.

My aunt actually takes it upon herself to host Easter. My mother generally does Christmas, my grandma does Thanksgiving. It usually end up working quite well. I make the pies my family provides for desserts.

We go back to the bigger family for Easter as well as some other holidays, though this year we hosted a smaller (immediate family) Thanksgiving at our house, a bit of work, but lots of fun!

My Easters are generally pretty subdued. The past few years I've stayed at school and it was just another day.
