Depends on the "what" and "where". If it's a adult party the costumes here shouldn't be TOO bad.

Yes I am planning to wear a couple out in public. I got the army fatigue one for going out with the kids. When I go out for my birthday and this Halloween party I will be wearing the cave-women one.
