Okay, so maybe I like Easter more than I let on but it's just because of the colors and decorations available. I don't celebrate the Christian part behind it, though.

It would be even more exciting if they were allowed to race down Lombard.

Guess I'll pick Mother's Day because I don't have to cook on that day.

I choose Mother's Day because it's the most important one to me. Mom's don't get enough recognition. And, a little bit like Rossie's comment, I like that we always go out to eat somewhere FANCY! (And where I live, the weather is better on Mother's Day and the lilacs are usually in bloom then --except this damned weird year!)

The race originally started on Lombard St. but the location's too small and spectators were trampling all the flowers. The current location is the actual crookedest street in San Francisco, is steeper, has a longer run, and has more space for spectators. The neighborhood has space for portapotties, EMS, food vendors, and a registration tent. Come race one year.

Oh, so it was held on Vermont Street? I'm not too familiar with that area. By the way, thanks for the invitation, but I'm too old for that kind of activity! LOL

Cinco de Mayo is a holiday that I don't celebrate. Easter is always fun, but usually do to the cold or cool weather it's mostly celebrated indoors. Now Mother's Day has to be my favorite out of all three choices. The weather is better, BBQ, annual mushroom hunt and the number one reason is that my Mom is awesome. She deserves all the attention and I love it

Cinco de mayo. I have a Hispanic family & a great-great uncle who fought with Emiliano Zapata in the Mexican revolution, so this day means a lot to my fams. It's also a day in which a lot of alcohol is consumed & loud music is played

definitely cinco de mayo. It's the funnest one.

I absolutely love Mother's Day. I spend the day with my 5 kids and grandkids.

Out of those options Easter is my favorite holiday but if I could choose any holiday it would be Christmas. I love the decorations and music and pretty much everything about the holiday. Its just beautiful that time of year.
