I rented a few when I was younger but my husband thinks it's a waste of money. He also thinks the staff will know even if it doesn't say on your receipt what movie you bought. Lol.

Only the desk staff knows that you ordered an adult film, but they do not know what title it is. It would be considered unprofessional and grounds for termination to even think about bringing it up to a guest. (Unless it's an issue that a child purchased the film because the parents didn't ask for those channels to be blocked.) It's coded on the receipt. Most receipts are printed in the middle of the night by the night auditor and slipped underneath the door without a second thought---or glance.

Anyway...it's a waste of money. It's closer to softcore than hardcore porn and so we bring our own dvd player and a collection of titles we like at the moment.

We normally think ordering any movie is a waste of money, but we were going to treat ourselves once. Tried to order it and the hotel TV said we had to call down to the front desk to order it.
