If you mean two silicone toys touching, I've never had a problem with it, and I store all my silicones on top of one another. Stick to the premium, pure silicone though, as lessers are less stable and more likely to have problems.
As for silicone lubes on silicone toys, I've done patch tests with little to no problems. Most of my toys have had no patches, and none of them have ever been stickified. Any raised patch from the silicone has mysteriously gone away after a day or so.

have had no problems with our silicone toys. but we also use water based lube. Like the feel of it better the silicone lubes.
