I have never done this. I have some pretty solid ideas about road safety, and I feel one really needs to concentrate on the road while driving. IMO, sex is too engrossing to be able to drive well while giving or receiving pleasure.
Both My Man and I get too involved in sex to be able to concentrate on constantly changing traffic problems.
I also sometimes lose consciousness occasionally while organizing, so it's not a good idea for me to have sex while at the wheel.

Dosen't seem dangerous to me as long as I keep my speed down and do it on backroads. We go through DC about twice a year going down south to see my family. You are talking about 2-4 hours of no moving. My husband puts it in park like everyone else and just enjoys.
