Modification to me is is things like piercing, tattoos, etc.
Mutilation on the other hand is things like cutting out of anger and rage.

I did your survey!
Now, I don't feel that any type of modification to your body is mutilation if you are informed and consenting. While there may be certain procedures of modification types that I wouldn't want for myself, I feel that if others want to have them done it is up to them.
