I don't like it raw. I never liked it until I had some cooked in a fancy way that blew me away! So, I experiment, but find roasting it is much better than other cooking methods.

I loathe it. I love almost all vegetables... I will pretty much eat anything prepared almost any way.

Except the dreaded cauliflower. The ONLY vegetable in the world that I hate and absolutely refuse to eat.
