This sounds so odd, but while my favorite is the seasonal Peppermint Stick (yes, mostly found around the holidays), my second favorite is Rose. Yes, Rose, like the flower. You need to really search for it, and it is an acquired taste, but once you get used to it, it is an amazing taste and scented ice cream. Very luxurious.

I am an ice cream addict hahaha. My favorite was this one ice cream place in Maine I went to that had pumpkin pie ice cream. It was vanilla ice cream with little chunks of pumpkin pie in it, like cookie-dough style. It was soooo amazing
