I like to bake sometimes when I am in the mood. I used to do it a lot when I was younger but lost that feeling. Usually only do it now when I have a craving for something.

I love to bake. I love baking bread. Kneading dough by hand is a great stress reliever. Too bad my freezer is already full of bread because no one in my house eats bread on a regular basis.

Baking is fun! I just don't have anyone to cook for, so I end up eating all the cookies or whatever myself, not a good thing. If they are there, I'm gonna eat them. I'm going to start trying to make bread & see how I like it. Antipova recently had an Eden Cooks class on Russian Rose Bread that is what I'm going to try eventually. You should see the adaptation at the end posted by 'Kristi'
