I think my computer blocks ads. well one webpage in particular always pops up ads for me.. & nothing seems to block them.

I use APB when browsing both Firefox and Chrome. It serves me well.

I Use Adblock Plus on Chrome/Firefox with special filters because them darn kids and their cruddy autoplaying music on their Tumblrs...

I use adblock, though I tend to whitelist sites that don't have too obnoxious ads so they get some revenue

We have used pop up blockers for years. Otherwise net surfing becomes a nightmare.
