Recently I was looking into a box of old memories that my parents had collected over the years about me, and I ended up with a calendar of my birth year. So out of curiosity I wanted to check on what day of the week I was born on, because I didn't know, and I learned that I wasn't only born on a Sunday but on the day of the full moon.

So yeah, I thought it was cool and checked a few sites about moon phases and astrology out of fun. There are sites like this one that even lets you know so that you do not have to hunt for an old calendar.

And then, this will be fun to disprove the myth that more people are born on the full moon. Everyone has heard about that one, right?

Waning crecent moon for me. That's kinda cool, I'd never thought about it before. I know I was born via c-section a few days before my due date and they based it around the dr's vacation schedule. So it probably wouldn't have naturally occured on that day.

If more people can't make the link work (worked for me before I sent my vote), just do a search with "moon phase" and "born" on google, and you'll get on a similar site, if not the same.

I was born in the middle of the afternoon, so it's more important to me where the planets were. I hit the trifecta: I'm a leo born on a Sunday on one of the hottest days of that year. Your link says the moon was full the night I was born. That doesn't surprise me at all.

If that turned out to be true, I certainly wouldn't surprised. And it would explain why a lot of people have birthdays that fall in the middle of the month instead of the beginning or the end. I've only met a handful of people with birthdays that fall on the first through the fifth of the month.
