Today the fedex guy showed up at my door with a package. On the shipping label in big bold letters was the words "Sexual Vibrators" (oh, just so you know it wasn't sent from EF!) Have you ever recieved a package like this before?

Haven't ordered from anywhere else but EF. I didn't even know others did that since they always claim to ship in "discreet brown paper packages". Guess labels don't count as the "discreet brown paper package".

Also seems to strike me as trying too hard to be "in the open" about sex toys.

It was actual samples someone sent me from Hong Kong. Its a nice vibe, just could have done without the label screaming "This box contains sex toys"

I got a parcel once with the company e-mail address printed on the shipping label, and the word "sex" was part of it. They sent me something free when I complained though, so I was happy in the end.

I've never gotten a package that wasn't discrete. That being said, I laughed a little inside. Oh, my goodness, who is thinking what when they put that on the outside?!

I've never gotten a package like that before but I wouldn't really care if I did. My mailman is a cool guy and I don't care about people knowing I order sex toys because most know I review anyway and don't really think anything of it.

Only once and even then the words on the box said "THE MINI COLUMN" and that was from EF. But don't worry, the postal deliverers see everything. Think of them as your doctor and think of putting a smile on their face and making their day a happy one.

Before EF, I had received packages from other companies and I've never actually had a package that was not discreet. You mention that it was a sample.. I'm surprised that they didn't just write, "product samples"!

My guess is that it was a business decision to get things through customs faster.

Once I had a parcel addressed to Silverdrop rather than my real name on the address label (not from Eden). And another time, my parcel had been so mangled (presumably by customs) that the contents were visible through a tear in the cardboard (that one was from Eden, but obviously not Eden's fault).

I just shrugged it off. What's the worst that can happen - my postman figures out I have sex?

The only time I ever had a problem was something I ordered from eBay. The seller packed it really badly and by the time it reached me the words "anal lube" were clearly visible through the ripped package. Fortunately, nobody saw it besides me and the USPS.
