I've only been out of state a few times, but I loved each trip (To Texas and then I moved from the northeast.)I'd love to visit overseas some day, too.

I've traveled to 8 states and been out of the country once. But, I don't consider myself to have "traveled" in those situations. It wasn't for fun, it was always for family obligations.

Wow, I've traveled many American States. I just looked at the map, I think I am missing 10 or so in the middle. We moved around a lot from East Coast to West Coast. I also visited friends around the country.
I been to a few cities in Canada. I've traveled quite a bit in China too. I've only been to Europe once to attend best friend's wedding.
It's not as much leisure traveling as I'd like though

out of the US i've been to italy and spain. lived in italy for a year, backpacked in spain for a couple months.

europe is kind of the fucking bomb. if you've only been in the US it will blow your mind. its like a time warp. and jumping to a different planet... god, i need to go back soon.

I've been to Washington DC, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee all in high school for trips. I haven't been anywhere with my family or on my own where I could set my own agenda and see what I want to see, do what I want to do, eat where I want to eat, etc.

Most of the US states (lived in three - Missouri, Florida, and Montana). Absolutely love the northeast US. Haven't traveled out of the country, but I intend to remedy that (once I win the lottery or get a job - more chance of winning the lottery). I want to experience everything I've read about in person!

My father's side of the family hasn't left the fifty mile radius they were born in. I can't imagine not wanting to travel.

Wisconsin about 10000 times. (My grandmother had a summer home there until she died around the time I had my first baby, and My Man and I even had our honeymoon there!)

I live in Illinois.

Michigan, both Lower and Upper, several times. I LOVE the UP! Say YA to the U P, eh?

Indiana, more times than I can count.

Iowa. Once.

Florida, several times.

California, several times, both southern and northern.

Arizona and Nevada, once. Our ONLY trip without the kids many years ago, before our youngest was born.

DC, once, to take the older kids to the Smithsonian and see DC. We NEED to take our youngest there. She would love it.

Boston to Maine in one trip. We even drove to Bangor and I took pictures of Stephen King's house. What a nerd. I kept hoping, "I hope he isn't here!"

Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri in one trip. I thought I would love it, but some of the people scared me. I liked Beale Street in Memphis, but I felt like I was walking into Deliverance half the time. We drove through these areas where people were actually sitting on their front porches with shotguns in their arms. We got out to buy food at one place in KY and everybody was staring at us. Scary.

I've been in New York state, but near the Canada border, not NYC.

Canada, near Niagara falls, and near Mackinac Island an other.

Probably others, but I can't remember.

I've never been out of the country, except for Canada. I don't even have a passport.

I'd love to go to Europe. I was supposed to go as a gift from my parents when I graduated High School. But the girl I was going to go with decided to get married that summer instead. I was like, "Who the hell would choose getting married at 19 to going to Europe?" I was so disappointed. None of my other friends could go, so I had to cancel. I went to college in the fall and then worked and got married and had kids, so I've never been to Europe or had a chance to since.
