In high school no. I pretty much had a perfect record. For college I would say once a month. Who wants to go to to classes on a Friday!???!?

When I was going to school at the same school as my boyfriend in high school, I skipped school at least once a month to hang out with him. Since we broke up, I have only ever skipped for illness or for concerts.

In college if a professor said we could miss two classes with no penalties (which they often did) then I always chose two classes that semester to skip.

My high school had a strict limit on absences. You needed a parent to call you in as absent and you couldn't miss more than 3 days every quarter or else you'd automatically fail whatever class you missed too much of. Because of that, I only missed every once in a great while. I only recall missing about a week's worth of classes when I attended college on-campus, and that was because I was really sick. I go online now, so I don't really miss it ever.

My high school was too strict to skip, but if a college class was extremely easy, I admit I played hooky quite a lot. Gen-ed classes are boring.

In highschool I skipped about a dozen times total, in college I missed more classes than I made, but thats why it took 6 years

i am almost always in class, but some days you just don't have the patience or the energy. in high school i used to skip because of my period giving me awful cramps. now it's mostly because i'm going home or the class isn't going to say anything important

In HS - I never slipped until my Sr year. After Nov when I was accepted to college - I skipped about 1/week.

Other. I was good until high school - specifically my junior year. I think I was absent more days than I attended. Cut classes quite a bit at the beginning of my senior year before buckling down and hitting the books for the rest of the year.
College started out well but later on I'd have short phases of cutting classes between keeping my nose to the grindstone.
