It's the beginning of BBQ grilling season in much of the US. I thought I'd ask about which you prefer for cooking. But also for eating, what's your favorite, flavor wise?

EDIT: I never saw js250's BBQ post, link when I searched before posting, sorry about the similar topics, but there is the link to her's if you want to answer more in depth, she has more questions than I.

I guess it's technically my boyfriend that does the grilling, but propane is still my favorite.

We use a propane gas grill; it's not as smoky and aromatic as cooking with charcoal grills, but adding a small bundle of BBQ wood chips will make up for the hickory flavor.

I rather a gas or propane grill. I plan to get me one as soon as I move I wanted to get one last year for summer but never did this year will be different. I think it is just easier for me I hate messing with charcoal grills.

My mother uses a gas grill, so I'm basically used to that.

hubby does the grilling, and has a gas grill, works for me

Depending on the situation. Going from charcoal to propane gas with infrared. If we have about an hour to kill prior to cooking we will chose charcoal, otherwise its propane. When chickens are cooked its done on the spit and its infrared.

What!! More questions--naahhhhh!! LOL!! Anyways, for convenience--gas grill. But I love cooking on our firepit in the back pasture the slow cooking and smokey taste in the meat is amazing!!!!!!!.

I have a beast of a gas grill. I use it as often as possible this time of year.

natural gas. it is clean and I have more control of the temp. Plus I have everything on the deck hooked up to the gas lines.
