What do you do when your sex drive is gone?

I don't really know. I just start some sexual stuff and it normally comes back.

Don't force yourself. You've been through alot lately and you need time to heal. Your mind needs to heal and also your body. If you are still not healthy enough to conceive again naturally your sexual drive would also be down. The problem could be a combination of physiological changes happening in your body. I think it will come back, but you probably need to not have sex at all for awhile and let your drive build up on it's own.

Also you really need to talk about it, especially with someone dearly close to you. Maybe a close friend near where you live. When I say to talk about it I'm referring to your trauma.

Whenever I lose my sex drive I either try something new or give it a rest for a while.

That is actually really good advice. I'm having my grandparents whom I'm very close to come up this weekend for a day or two. I'm very excited to see them because I miss them dearly and my Nana is my rock. I'll talk to her and we'll cry and get it all out. I call her about 5 times a day still. You could say I'm kinda attached.

Sometimes mine goes away. I can't really do much other than wait it out. It drives my partner crazy, but she understands.

I don't lose my sex drive unless me and my boyfriend have a heated argument.

I have lost my sex drive before and normally it's because I'm feeling upset with myself or my body image. I've always had depression but sometimes I get into "I hate myself" moods and when I'm in one of those moods I become almost asexual and avoid people.

I usually have a veeery high sex drive. Much higher than my boyfriend's. If I lose it for some reason, as long as I let myself be open to his advances, I'll definitely warm up to it eventually. :3

Sometimes sex drive simply ebbs and flows, maybe you're just on a longer than usual down time. From the thread, I gather you've been going through some stuff, maybe just taking care of yourself till it returns naturally would be best!

When I notice my sex drive being abnormally low, I spend some time doing girly things. Trade out the usual sweats all day for cute outfits, wear makeup, shop for cute lingerie. Having that small oomph of self confidence really makes me feel better sometimes!

Honestly, mine vanishes for months at a time with the medications I'm on.

One thing I have noticed, though, is sometimes engaging in kissing and other foreplay starts it up again, even if I didn't feel interested beforehand. Fortunately my partner understands that even that doesn't always work, so there's no pressure to go further if I'm not feeling it.

I'm normally a fairly sexual person, but I do lose my sex drive at times due to depression or fatigue, or both. It is not a big deal in my relationship so I don't worry about it much. My husband thinks I'm quite the nympho regardless.

I dip into my more smutty webcomics. I try to get myself fantasizing until it starts to actually get me going again. It takes a few days sometimes.

If this happens I need to reconnect with my partner. Typically we make the house nice and talk about sex. That gets us back in gear

(I'm transsexual so my experience has been a little different than most) When I'm on a higher dose of hormone therapy, my sex drive is amazing. When I'm not, it's average, and sometimes takes a dive to near nothing. I've had to mess with my dose to find a proper one because the one that gives me a great sex drive also gives me irritability problems, so I'm currently trying to find the perfect dose.

When I'm having a dive, I try to look at porn, keeping sex on my mind, and sometimes just TRY to have sex because usually if we just go for it, I'll get into it. Try to eat things that naturally boost your testosterone, women need a little T too, and it'll really help your sex drive.
