I'm not that great of a housekeeper. It gets messy and stays that way for a little bit then I gotta rush and hurry up and get things clean.

Most of our home is "clean", but with three active dogs running around, well, it doesn't stay that way long!!!!

SO...what is this "theory" and how did this poll pan out what you were thinking? We are sexaholics, but love a clean house. Of course, with dogs, it is always somewhat messy, and if you consider dog toys everywhere...then it is a MESS...just not "dirty".

Oh wow, I try to keep my apartment clean enough so I only need an hour in each room to make it presentable (roommate's parents are coming over presentable) but I've probably only vacuumed 6...7 times in the last year?

...my OCD aunt would have a conniption if I told her that.

I always say it's a little bit messy, but it's never dirty.

I keep it moderately clean. Then once a month it's hard scrubbing till you can eat off every surface.

I like to keep things clean and neat, but messy areas sometimes pop up here and there (kind of inevitable because I live with my mom who definitely has some hoarding tendencies).

Kinda hard to keep anything clean with a six year old.

Moderate. I do enough to keep it clean, but there are places that are messy

Moderate. I'm always doing dishes, laundry, picking up toys, sweeping floors, changing sheets, etc. Every now and then I do a deeper clean on whatever area I'm focused on. There is still clutter, which I'm always working on. With two kids running around that aren't old enough to truly care for and pick up after themselves, it's the best I can do.

Good enough. I typically thoroughly clean the apartment once a month.

Curious as to what that theory is. and I tend to be a messy person. Like- I know where everything is- but most other people don't

I scrub my house down three times a week and I mean like floor to ceiling clean

I'm minimalistic and a bit anal about cleanliness, however, sometimes I'm just not in the mood to clean - although it does make me twitchy, agitated and annoyed - there are other things that I do, do first at times. Sometimes though, I've put it off for so long that I literally can't sleep until I've cleaned.

It is also calming for me, but picking up after other people is a big annoyance. And one I will definitely let my displeasure of messiness known to the other person about - hurt their feelings or not there is no reason for someone not to put their damned dishes in the sink and toss their paper in the garbage or put their empty soda cans in the recycle bin. No Reason.

I'm like a low moderate. I hate doing dishes and I don't have a dishwasher so the kitchen is always a mess. But it's not like my flat looks out of Hoarders or anything.
