Pay back my student loans, take one hell of an awesome vacation with my boyfriend, and then save the rest of it.
I would get a job that I enjoy a little more, but I wouldn't quit my job. Money runs out, and one million isn't as much as it sounds like.

Pay off my student loans, pay for my wedding, then help my parents and my in-laws who are struggling in this economy. Of course, I'd like to put a decent size chunk away for savings as well.

I would pay off my car and student loan, put almost all of it in a savings account, then travel around the country and relax with a bit of time off.

I'd invest some but not in the market or the bank, I'd buy some property or some condo's or something like that in Canada. Then, I'd buy a some property here in China and build a "sex school" where people can come in learn about their bodies and their sexuality. I'd hold conferences with guest speakers frequently, and have trained staff equipped to visit schools for sex ed classes.
Then once that is settled, I'd use the rest of the money and build an international school somewhere in Africa.
