Nowadays I see all kinds of different yoga pants/leggings at the gym and nearly everywhere.
Some are see-thu on the sides, colorful, 3-D, shorter, sheer, skin tight and etc. OW tells me some pants are $100+.

I love my yoga pants! I have many different types, but my favorite are the capri leggings. They have a slimming effect, they are comfy, and they make my ass look hot! I don't like spending too much on any item of clothing, so I only buy the <$15 pants, but I can understand why others would spend a lot for them!

I like them for me around the house, they are comfortable and cute. I know a lot of women wear them out on the town shopping or going out. I personally don't like going out in them and feel more comfortable wearing jeans. It's a personal preference for my stlye.

I do see a lot of women who take it too far, if the ass is worn out and see through or there's holes in them it's going to look sloppy. The same goes for any kind of pants!! Some people take the "casual" look to the extreme.

Yesterday at the gym, I saw this toned buffed (not Arnold-like) gal with black-grey leggings with white stripes around the thighs. And a halter top to displayed her hard work. Good going ! I'm sure I was not the only one that noticed her.

I think as long as they are sized right they can look fine. I know my ex-gf swears by them now that she has some... The comfort factor plays a huge part in their success. But I've seen some that either are too thin or stretched too far and results in seeing through the legging/pant, which definitely isn't an attractive look. Also when the legging/pant is the same color as the wearer's skin tone... this causes some issues with the overall look.

I'll definitely agree, that as a male who finds the most attractive part of a woman to be the butt... that a good backside in a good fitting pair of these kinds of pants are very distracting. I do my best not to objectify women but hard to curb an almost automatic natural response to a beautiful example of the human form.

While biking today I saw this very nice looking gal with perfect sized yoga pants on. I did admire them. They really extenuated her curvy perfect behind. I think some like to be admired. After all they do dress up and put on makeup for appearances. Don't they ?

Any women care to reply ? Or should we start a new thread on this ?

Do you dress to impress ? Do you like getting some looks and smiles ? Or course not to be ogled.

I think there was a thread/poll related to cat calls and ogling already. I can't find it though. So likely need a new one or someone else to find it?

From I know it differs from person to person. And for those that don't like the attention it can be problematic. And the dressing up is a damned if they do, damned if they don't kind of problem caused by inherent expectations from society

I only wear mine to the gym or if I'm at the house. You won't catch me running around town in them lol. Unless, I have a oversized top on covering my butt. I just don't feel appropriate having it all out on display in normal day life. The gym is one thing, but to wear as actual clothing, that's not me. I don't look for that kind of attention

Lululemon is my favorite when it comes to yoga pants. Good quality, comfy and sexy. I wear them both for fun and to do yoga.
