Some of you leave our community , some join ... but it seems I've never asked how you heard about EF's forum.

It would be interesting to learn where you found that happy ticket!

It wasn't until quite a while after my first few orders that I was browsing the website one day and I noticed the "community" tab.

I checked it out and wouldn't you know it, there was such a huge selection of topics, questions, ideas, and all sorts of varied individuals in many a walk of life.

Hence, I heard of the forums from EdenFantasys itself.

I found EdenFantasys by doing a Google search for where to purchase sex toys. Once I joined EF, the Sex Forum was the very first section of the site that I explored. I'm glad I did. I have learned so much and have enjoyed being a part of the VERY interesting posts and conversations!

I found the forum after starting to write reviews here.

I think the format of the forums could be tweaked to hide ancient threads- makes convos seem super dated when OP was from ten years ago- even if the content is good.

I think give away promotions to incentivize new people to come and join the Edens Forum and enjoy the community and offerings here would be good. Rewarding the recruiters for referrals would probably motivate people to get the word out.

Maybe send an email to each customer, a follow-up to their online purchase, asking them to join the forum with a link.

We joined back when eden gave pts for everything and allowed pts to be converted towards purchases. Of course that made the forum hopping like crazy. It got abused and eden had to wisely revise the rewards program. Many only posted "nothing" to earn pts. Many gave great posts and created great topics and polls.

Maybe something in that line may spark more participation. Maybe a contest on who can start threads that get participation. Not a monthly contest but something creative.

I found eden by googling some "kinks" and seems it was more common than I ever imagined.

Maybe you could upvote good posts like on Reddit as a way to reward good content and interaction.

But the EdenPoints Program is still active, and all the participants who start a post or poll get 10 points. Those who comment on a thread get 5 points. The Point Schedule can be found in your dashboard in the EdenPoints Program section.

BTW, do you see the "Earning Points" Pop-up that shows points earned after each contribution?

Yes, however the current pt system and rewards redemption is not so great to spur more activity. If it were, there may be more activity.

I think you enable the pop-ups in your account dashboard settings. Regardless, I believe you are collecting the points when participating.

You’re correct. You can always double check your points by accessing the EdenPoints Program from your Dashboard.

I honestly can’t remember how I found Eden Fantasys, it’s been probably 11 or 12 years since I first joined and found the review program and forum. I think I probably found it while browsing the website late at night. I took some time away, but missed the community and now I’m back!

I think promoting the forum with an app would be a great opportunity to grow, even with my time away there hasn’t been much as far as website changes, etc. So many people use their phones and tablets or iPads these days, a fresh mobile option might bring some excitement. Plus you could always have some sort of promo for a discount or dollar amount if new people sign up using a members referral code.

If you want more activity on the forum bring back the fun stuff. There's so little to do on the forums now it's near boring. If you want to promote them you need to have "something for everyone". Bring back the Eden Clubs, like the writing and lit clubs. Bring back the Eden games. Give people something else to also use the forums for and you'll get more activity.

Bring back SexIs the online magazine!

I heard about the community and forum through my EF account dashboard. Quite taken aback at the amount of participation EF encourages through internal programs to get everyone more involved and openly speaking.

Oh I didn't know there were games or that Sexls was no longer a thing?!? That's what I was searching for after reading the guidelines in my account dashboard. Now that you mention it though if the programs are no longer active or being handled then someone should update the website to reflect that.

Yep, there were games. The program was closed a long time ago.

As for the SexIs, it is not very active now, but if you have something to say and to share with others, you're very welcome

Many years ago, my now late wife and I were very active on Eden and were reviewing products. I forgot about the points until after purchase, then had to stumble around to find the community again.

It took me a while to figure out the forum, I'll admit. Eventually I noticed the posts at the bottom of the home page and clicked to see what it was all about. I didn't expect it to be listed under the "Info" tab - I thought that would be more like info about the company or info about sex toys in general - so perhaps changing the title of that tab to something like Community or even Questions or something like that would help people.

As for EdenPoints, please note, you can only earn or use points if you are logged into your account.
