I don't know if it would make any changes to women's issues because there are many women running for office that have obvious internalized misogyny going on.

It would totally change the standard for female equality. Finally women shatter the glass ceiling by the highest representative in the country.

There would be more sexism in the campaign and in caricatures but I don't think much else would change. I do find that men can be more liberal than women without being called crazy so that would be interesting to see how it would effect their policies.

I think it would be a huge step for women even if things didn't change drastically right away. Just having a female in such a role would be a huge eye opener for our country.

I feel having a female president would greatly improve our country. I don't vote now but if we have a woman running for president i would def. vote.

Unless we get equal representation of women in congress and the senate, then it really wouldn't make much difference in the end. But it's definitely way past time we had one.
