All right. This is probably the stupidest thing I've ever read and I can't believe that any judge/ lawyer would let him run with this in court. When asked whether or not he believed that a woman could become pregnant via anal sex he replied: "I'm not in the medical profession"

What are your thoughts on this case?

The article doesn't detail the womans side of the story at all. His story does sound unbelievable but my guess would be that they hooked up willingly and she charged him with rape because she was angry with him for one reason or another. Yes, this happens. A LOT.

All of the articles I found searching Google poke fun at the "anal sex causes pregnancy" bit (which, while unlikely, there is a very small chance that it could), but the fact that the condom was missing is what should be concentrated on as far as the sperm stealing goes. Although, it doesn't actually say whether if he ejaculated before the condom was removed and his lawyers are saying her story isn't credible either.

What I find interesting is that he says "women are revered in his culture" but the Democratic Republic of Congo is not known for treating their women with respect at all.

In the article he states they had sex, she removed the used condom and tried to get him to have anal sex with her. When he returned from washing up he noticed the used condom containing his sperm was missing...he never said she tried to get him to have anal sex with her to concieve a child...he said she suggested the most disgusting thing he could think of to get him to leave the room so she could steal his sperm.

I call bullshit on most of the article since we don't know her side of the story but to be fair to Mr. Ndyat he never claimed he was going to have anal sex to produce a child. The crown asked a stupid question and he answered it flippantly...and truthfully, he ISN'T a medical professional. There are parts of the world where women are warned that anal sex can lead to pregnancy if the sperm runs into the vagina. Ok so it's a long shot and the vagina is designed to keep fecal matter out of the vagina but it is still said to be possible.

Generally a willing woman doesn't need her drink spiked to have sex...which is where I call bullshit on his story.

That doesn't sound stupid...? I don't understand why people are so eager to always side with the woman. Maybe he's telling the truth. Maybe he's not. We'll never know. We honestly get nothing about the woman who's charging him, so that piece of the story is not even present in order to form an opinion.

From his story, she pulls off his condom while they were having sex- meaning he probably hadn't cum yet because she was wanting to continue with Anal. The condom missing (the one, according to him that she pulled off before they finished) being missing would only contain pre-cum if anything at all. Certainly not the load he claims she was looking for.

I really think this guy is just an idiot. I understand that some women can be conniving and pull this kind of shit. But I don't believe that's what happened in this case.
