I wish I could show you because it would be much easier than explaining it! A thing I think would be helpful would be to take a weekend massage course. A lot of massage schools have classes that just cover the basics or have like a couple's massage class. They help you learn some good techniques that aren't so taxing on your hands.
You can try using more of your body weight than actual hand strength. This is usually more relaxing for the recipient anyway. Using palms and forearms will help too.
If you want to increase hand strength you can try using stress balls and things like that. Also the more you practice massage the stronger your hands will get.
