Yes, daily, but it's mostly casual love yous at the ends of conversations or when parting ways. More heartfelt, private I-love-yous are rarer.

We say it and show it daily. I am always on pinterest looking up new ways to SHOW him I love him, rather than just telling him. The words can wear out t their meanings, the actions never will

We say it every day, usually multiple times a day. Not because we're insecure and need reassurance, but because it's just nice to hear. We also show it without words, but sometimes during the day one of us will do something particularly goofy or stupid that gets a laugh and an 'I love you!' Also, just like Charry said, a little routine is comforting. We always kiss and say I love you before leaving for work, even if it's super early in the morning. I like being woken up with a kiss, I always go back to sleep feeling happy and loved.

I refrain from saying it much because the more you use it, the more opportunities there are for it to be less genuine, and it reduces the value of the phrase.
