Dye my cat pink and you had better have been having a psychotic break >.< LOL 'Course to catch my cat and dye him pink you'd HAVE to be psychotically ill or suicidal..

I can understand making a horrible mistake and a poor choice. I hope that I am never faced with that choice...so far I have not been.

I have to agree with this....assuaging your own conscience by devastating your partner serves no purpose. It's YOUR guilt YOU live with it!

how exactly is having sex with someone "slipping up"? It seems like a conscious decision to me.

I have never "slipped up". If it happened, it was for a reason.

I have cheated in the past, but I've never done it and not told anyone and never did it again.

I blurred the emotional line once, but it woke me up and made me more devoted to my guy than ever.

I've cheated on my hubby once but I did tell him about it and we worked through it. I never "slipped up and cheated" or didn't tell anyone about it. I have never done it again since then, it's been over 8 years.

I don't think I ever could just because I can imagine how terrible it would feel if it ever happened to me. That would just always be in the back of my mind.

I've never cheated and I would never be with a cheater. Honestly if someone cheated on me, I don't know what I would do, but I would never go into a relationship when I knew that person had cheated before

It has never happened to me and I have never done it. Can be thankful for that.

Never ever. And if someone did cheat on me, they'd be dumped right away. I wouldn't put up with that. I feel like if they do it once, they could do it again.

Yes I did and I knew what I was doing the whole time and I felt bad afterwards, however, it was not a "slip" a slip is when you slip on a wet floor or ice. If you sleep with someone else while in a LTR you are fully aware of what you are doing, don't kid yourself!!!!

Never. I can see maybe being overly emotionally intimate with someone outside the relationship by accident - maybe times have been rocky and you just feel you need a shoulder to cry on, and you break certain seals of privacy with someone you feel close to, maybe even attracted to.

I can even see slipping up and getting closed in for a kiss or a cuddle when you're in a relationship where doing that with another person is not okay - possibly enjoying it and while cutting them off before they go further, not cutting them off when they go for a physical intimacy in the first place.

But sex is a pretty big act, takes more than a few seconds, and is something you're going to be fully aware of doing.
