I was curious if any of you have or would buy your SO a sex toy as a gift. Also, would you wrap the toy up? Give it to them in public/private? No real goal from this, just curious what others think about this.

, I do this almost every year. Either for mine or her birthday or for Christmas. I give the gift but tell her to open it later and not in front of friends or family.

Was thinking more something to leave wrapped on the bed or give to mine in private if I decide to do this in the future.

Most definitely would! I would get it for them and give it to them at home, alone. I think it would be a great gift, especially if they have been curious or asking.

Absolutely! Public or private. I think if I gave it in public, though, it would be where other people couldn't see. I'm open about sex, sex toys, etc, but I'm not going to make other people look at a toy.

I would love to give my wife a gift or two of sex toys, I hesitate because I think she would not like or use them and the money would be wasted, and I,would be embarrassed by her lack of enthusiasm over the gift.

We laugh a lot now - it removes the fear of failure. Everything new we try is understood to be an experiment. So if it doesn't work we just laugh it off and move on.

All. The. Time. They're always presented privately after unpackaging, charging and cleaning because we're gonna break that sucker in immediately. Most are wrapped but last Easter she found her robin egg blue Lelo Ina Wave in her basket, buried in the grass so it looked like an egg.

We actually have given each other sex toys before but we'd definitely keep it private. I'm definitely the harder to embarrass one and I'd still be mortified if I opened such a thing in front of anyone other than a very select very few very close friends.
