I think that women should be allowed to write up a review on something that their male partner uses, however I would not personally do so because I know that my partner is not interested in male masturbators.

Well! I've actually seen quite a few vibrator reviews written by men who bought them for their wives-- basically the same boat you're in. Their perspectives are highly appreciated as far as I can tell, so I say GO FOR IT!
(I doubt my girlfriend or I will be needing a male masturbator any time soon. )

If I was going to write a review about a toy I got for my guy that only he would be able to use (such as a masturbator), I'd do like an interview type review with him. That way he wouldn't have to write it (because my guy would NEVER write a review) but it'd still be authentic.

I would. Good to have opinions from both sides.

It is fine if you note that you are the one giving the review. Also you would need to get a lot of input from your male partner. If it is your first one, you may ask one of the experienced male reviewers to proof it for you and give you suggestions as to what you might have missed. Men may be wanting to know specific things that as a woman being told the info second hand, you would not know to include.
