The long-awaited and much promised Bounty List has arrived. Please note: the issues addressed below are black and white issues which can be seen and tracked by anyone in the community. If it’s not on the list and does not personally affect you, please encourage the user affected to report the issue to the appropriate admin (listed below).
Rules:
- ALL issues must be reported to the Forum Moderator on site, or via email: moderator@edenfantasys .com
Contacting multiple admins causes a delay in investigations. It is best to keep all of the information in one place. All admins have access to the Moderator accounts making each report visible to all support staff at the same time.
- You must be the first person to report the specific issue in question; directing all reports to the moderator accounts will keep things efficient and fair.
- Failure to follow the guidelines will delay resolution and result in zero points awarded to the person(s) reporting the issue.
Offenses:
Multiple Accounts 500 points
If you suspect a person of having multiple accounts, please report them with any supporting links and a brief explanation of the abuse.
Please note, we have several members who may appear to have multiple accounts but the accounts are legal (couples, roommates).
Classifieds 500 points
If you suspect a person has placed an advertisement on the classifieds for the sole purpose of scamming other users, please report them with a link to the advertisement in question.
For your protection, please research a contributor as much as possible before entering into a financial transaction with them. Note their reviewer status, number of comments/posts and how many programs they are involved in or not involved in as it may be. If you don’t feel comfortable purchasing from this person, then don’t. It is better to be safe than sorry, as admins have limited recourse should you pay for a product you never received on the classifieds. All transactions and payment disputes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.
Plagiarism 500 Points
Most plagiarism comes from reviews; plagiarism is defined as copying information from our product pages, another review, or your own reviews. Plagiarism results in an immediate ban from Edenfantasys.
When reporting plagiarism, please include links to the original and the page with duplicate text.
