if you can still grasp the end of the toy, gotta relax those muscles.
if the toy is completely inside, head for the emergency room.

Trust me, the ER has seen almost everything at some point. I know some people try to get it out themselves, but often end up pushing it deeper, so why risk it? Just don't leave it in you and risk perforating anything, not when a medical retrieval is so much simpler.

Now, if you want a hilarious accounting of just some of the incredible things removed from a person's rectum at the ER, watch this great video on YouTube from Tantus & Sex educator, Ducky Doolittle, called "Not in Your Butt". After hearing some of those, I bet your toy will not look so bad and after all, a proper anal toy should be a nonnegotiable!! If the flared end doesn't look big enough, I wouldn't use that toy, period. But, accidents can happen; let's just hope this particular kind doesn't happen to you.

Hopefully 6 days later, it's out But, yes, ER is your best bet. They've seen it all before and far worse I'm sure!

Grab a cup of tea or something with a bit of a laxative effect and most importantly, RELAX! Remember to relax and try to let nature take its course in such an event.
If it's not uncomfortable, try allowing time to win this fight. But if nothing happens within a little while or if it has become painful in any way/shape/form whatsoever, be prepared for a somewhat embarrassing visit to an urgent care clinic...
Either way good luck, my friend
