I'm no stranger to anal, (though I wouldn't consider myself terribly "advanced" per se) so size isn't too much of an issue, but I'm looking for a vibrating toy that I keep in during sex with my boyfriend. I've used a few different ones. I used a toy they used to sell here called the Galaxy Saturn, it has a bit of a texture on it so it doesn't slip out instantly with lube.

Also, the vibrations are plenty strong, and he feels them, whether the toy is in my ass or vagina.

I would probably suggest the Nexus G play. Other options would be the Tristan 1.5 or Tristan 2 (with hollow core), but EF does not currently carry these.

It's pretty powerful and is generally rated as 4 out of 5 in terms of intensity.

Another option to consider if you're looking for vibrations would be something like the We Vibe II. It's a horse shoe shaped vibrator that you insert so that one side sits on your clit and the other is inside on your g-spot. It is small enough that you can have PIV sex and have your partner feel the vibrations as well. However, I would say that the intensity is less than the Nexus. link

I agree with the Nexus G-Play. The medium is probably the size you want for anal. Check out ~Laur3n~'s review of it--I think she mentions using it as an anal vibrator for PIV sex.

Tristan 2 is very big - 1.5 is more reasonably sized, but again you've got a single silver bullet. Feels good, but if Lucidity is looking to vibrate her vagina it might not have enough kick.

Yeah, I was kind of in the market for something with a bit more oomph. The Tristan 2 does look like fun, though.
