I have never experienced any. I think the horror stories are pretty uncommon.
Actually I did have a friend who tried it, and when they did she passed out. Kind of funny rather than embarrassing.

Yes. I had anal with a FB once (might have been her first time?). When I finished and pulled out I noticed she had poop ALL over...I mean lots. I was embarrassed for her more than grossed out, so I did the gentlemanly thing and cleaned it up without making a fuss or telling her the aftermath.
