I really really love the idea of an inflatable toy, and I am especially drawn to the Gapers Organic plug (link) because the majority of the size growth is in the head, pressuring you inside instead of stretching your opening. I'd love some stretch there too, but I really want something that will feel full, if that makes sense.

There's not really info on how big the Gapers Organic plug can get when inflated fully, even the inflated pics look like they're only half full. Has anyone used this that can give me a good idea of how big it can get, or point me in the direction of a review that shows/says that? I briefly sifted through some of the reviews with no luck.

OR recommend a better inflatable toy? I'm not totally heart-set on this one yet, but from the looks of it, it's closest to what I want, any other recommendations?

I know! There's a FEW, I wish they'd get some more though, there seems to be a decent enough demand for them...

Unfortunately when I had my Gapers Organic early in my reviewing process I never measured it at it's widest diameter while inflated. However, I'm pretty sure I can guess that it will go to at least 2" wide. I can say that it is definitely a unique experience to feel it expanding inside of you. Mine broke after 6 months, but that may have very well been due to inexperience with toys.

I haven't tried any other inflatable toys here on EF as of yet. But if you have any other questions I can try gather up some memories on that toy when I had it.

From some of the reviews, it sounds like if you don't "massage" the material, it can swell in odd spots (making it lopsided, or making the base swell too wide), did you have a problem with that?

Also, may I ask how it broke? I was a little scared of it's durability...

I don't recall any major swelling or bubble spots in mine. The material on the shaft seemed fine for mine. I remember that mine was damaged at the base, along the ringed edge when the material is folded/pushed into the crevice. I can't say if it damaged just due to using it, or the way I was storing it. Back then I had a few other toys (jelly included) that were all stored together without any kind of zip lock bags. I didn't know about toy melting then and think maybe that's what happened.

I guess with proper use and care it should last longer than the 6 or so months I had it. Proper cleaning, storage and use should keep it working good. I would definitely say look at some others before making a final decision.

I have one of these. I like it quite a bit. Though, I don't have any experience with any other inflatables.

I too am intrigued by the prospect of an inflatable, however, the gapers looks too balloonish for my taste. I have seen others that look like the might inflate more evenly.
