Search the forum for anal posts there are probably 100 that have very terrific advice. Basically it comes down to positive attitude, go slow, use plenty of lube - and then add more. Stop when you feel pain - it means you are going too fast.

They have anal relaxant for this kind of sex, or starter toys to help loosen the back door for bigger, more realistic things. Lol.
