I need plug advice.

Contributor: thesexiebunnie thesexiebunnie
Just recently(last 6 months) I have started to explore the anal world. I started with a small cute fashionistas bunny tail plug. I have "outgrown" said plug and the tail part is falling out so it is time for a new toy. He wants to use more of a dildo style vs. a plug but I am more comfortable with a plug so I'm thinking maybe we will try both. Problem is I need advice for newbie like myself. Any suggestion on a new anal toy or two? Any input is welcome thank you so much.

First and more important than anything, if it's going in YOUR body, it needs to be something YOU'RE comfortable with. If you're more comfortable with using a plug, use a plug! Maybe once you've gotten more into anal play you'll be more comfortable with a dildo, but for now, stick with what you're comfortable with.

I'm not the best person to give advice on what toys to use anally, but I know there are a wide variety of options here. I would look at the size of your plug, and get something that is a little bit larger. I think the plug you're talking about it glass? Maybe try a silicone toy, it will have a little bit of give to it and might be easier to handle.

I'm sure you'll be getting much better, more specific advice, but I wanted to just tell you to do what you're comfortable with!

I am still using small butt plugs myself, however I would suggest the Small silk as a good anal dildo. It's 100% silicone (non-porous) and is not too long.

I appreciate it. We have a larger plug that I am not ready for yet. And I think with time I will like a dildo I am just nervous about new things. The one I have now is glass so trying silicone might be a good idea. Thank you for answering.

That doesn't look to scary. I think I could do that one. Thank you.

If I am correct, the plug you mentioned trying was around 1.25" in diameter, right? The product page has 2" listed as the diameter, but that seems to be incorrect.

In any case... If you are looking for a nice silicone plug that is a bit bigger than that and isn't so easily grown out of, try the Fun Factory Boosty or one of the new Tantus plugs, Juice, Neo and Twist. They offer various shapes that will still be pleasurable even after you grow accustomed to the size, and they're very durable.

If you like stainless steel, have money to spare and want a super comfortable plug, the Pure Plugs by Njoy are the way to go. The Large size is very tolerable, and not "large" by many standards. I am a fan of larger plugs of over 2" diameter, but I still use my Pure Plug regularly because of the unique sensations it provides.

I hope this helps!

It's your butt, I know you want to please your man, if he wants to use a dildo just tell him "It's my butt and aint no dildo going in it".
