Having tried quite a few plugs (8+) , my go to fav is the nJoys.
The fullness , weigh and shape are . And always remind you they are wedged nicely in your a**s.

I have both the large ( which isn't really that large 1.5" diameter) and the almighty 2.0 . Now that's what I call large.

And with stainless, never fear about cleaning.

I found pointed ones to be a pain in the butt. The nJoys are curved.

Both stainless and glass are rigid and unforgiving. Also much easier to clean. The nJoy line has the advantage over glass in that it's curved. And not too long. Glass is less expensive but can break. Just the thought of broken glass in my cavity frightened me. Silicone unless premium retains odors I enjoyed the Doc Johnson Classic due to its fullness feeling. However after a few months I couldn't get rid of the slight butt smell. And the tip curved in my rectum. Of course irregardless of which material you should start small.

Fam, I would get the nJoy medium. I also like that the neck is very narrow. A large neck left in for a while will stretch open the anus. That might be good for him for pegging esp if venturing into larger shedicks.

The nJoys shape when worn by a female during intercourse is great also. Not only emmense feeling of fullness, pushes his member upwards towards your g spot. Btw although metal thesare totally totally smooth. No drag or friction at all. Goes in like a dream. Much more smoother than silicone.

IMO, go for the nJoy and save $. Had I known, I would have saved a few bucks.

About getting ready to be pegged - my deal has always been something with a larger neck that holds me open for a period of time. Although I have PurePlugs - their necks are too narrow for what I need.

Glass plugs are great because for strength reasons they leave a larger neck. When I decided to go bigger than 1.5" I first tried a silicone plug - but the finish was matte and not comfortable to insert or take out, even with lube - so back to glass for me. The only place I could find a 2" dia plug with a 1" neck was AliExpress (the Chinese site).

I love it, the taper makes insertion relatively easy - as easy as 2" can be! I put it inside while showering and work it in-and-out periodically between washing and shaving.
