Need some help finding a new anal toy

Contributor: MaouMew MaouMew
Well I've been into anal for... Wow actually I think it may be my first year anniversary in a few days. I started with an aneros, and while I loved it - I needed more. So I bought an Anal Probe, a small g-spot vibrator, and some numbing lube. Well, needless to say I loved the g-spot vibrator, in fact it gave me my first hands free prostate orgasm, but only after a lot of work of holding it in place. As for the probe, it just wasn't doing it for me, and after a few uses I got rid of it. Sadly I later found out it was because of the numbing lube... I still regret getting rid of it and may rebuy it.

Pretty soon I got tired of messing with the little vibrator, so I but miscellaneous butt plugs, anal toys, prostate massagers, and so on, until I finally bought a chest-strapping strap-on "vest" (Or whatever you want to call it), and two strap ons. I hooked them up to my chair (With a towel underneath of course), and I loved it - the only issue is that I got worn out before I could, uh, accomplish anything.
So, still on my quest to enjoy anal toys, I went ahead and bought the 'Bad Boy' - this was only a month or so ago, and while I do love it, it just... Is a little too strong sometimes.

So here I am, looking for some help... Ever since I started this whole endeavor - I've had one goal in mind, and that is to be able to orgasm purely from prostate interaction. I need to find something that is similar to the bad boy, in that it is angled and allows me to rock on it, accomplishing what pegging (Or a strap on, on a chair ) would, but isn't as sharply angled as the Bad Boy.

So can anyone here offer me any advice? Am I going about this the wrong way? I really do love using a strap-on on my chair, however it wears me out before anything comes of it (Pun intended). The bad boy does what I want, but it presses SO strongly against my prostate that I can't fully enjoy it. The aneros, with enough concentration, can also do this - but takes a LONG time, and while this is great sometimes, I don't always want to spend an hour with it. Not to mention the fact that I like the thrusting / friction that my other toys offer.

Maybe try the Prock? Your best bet is to read the reviews on the prostate toys - the firmness of the material and the vibration strength is described in most reviews and might help you narrow it down.

MaouMew,
As a guy who also very much enjoys prostate stim, I know exactly where you are coming from. I've tried a plethora of toys, and while many of them are great, and some have even given me hands free prostate driven orgasms, there is always a drive for me to find the "holy grail" of p-spot toys... which I do not have yet.

As for Victoria's suggestion on the P-rock, I would advise against it. I got that toy (when it was just the g-rock), and it didn't really rock for prostate stim. My review is here: link Really didn't do it for me.

We've got several tantus dildos that I've tried, and I do like the silk series for p-spot play, because it's very minimalistic so my focus is really on where it hits inside. I have ordered the tantus captain (which I haven't received yet), but it's supposed to be an even better p-spot dildo. Time will tell I suppose.

For wands and prostate milking, my favorite toy is the lucid heart glass wand. It's glass, it's angled perfectly, nice sized head, perfect handle to keep the toy where you want it, rigid shaft to direct pressure with exacting precision, and quite inexpensive. My review of that wand is here: link

As for vibrating toys, haven't really found anything fantastic in that area yet. The search of course, is still indefinitely "on." To me though, I've never really had any prostate vibrations that seemed strong enough to approach orgasm, or feel as good as a good prostate rubbing from a dildo, or milking from a wand... it's just so much more "intense" (I guess is a good word to describe it).

Any how good luck, and let us know if you find what you're looking for. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

#1 thing: DUMP THE NUMBING LUBE!. It doesn't help and it can be dangerous. If you need to back off a bit and learn how to relax, do so.

You have most of the specifically "prostate" toys that I use, so I can't give you any more recommendations there. I do find that there's more to anal play then the prostate, though.

G-spot vibrators are great. I use them for warm up often (the only bad side is that they usually don't have any sort of stop so you have to be careful about making sure they don't slip inside). I find that I can sometimes setup a "nest" type thing with pillows that holds my G-vibe up against my prostate hands-free. Worth a try, anyway.

I have a Tiger dildo that I like for anal play. The ridges do a great job of stimulating, and the base has a "suction cup" feature that works provided that the surface is completely smooth - good for solo play. The curve is great for stimulation, too. The downside is the same thing you found out - I usually get tired before I reach that magic point. Partner play helps here, and I've heard that a "fucking machine" is a good (if expensive) solution as well.

Let me know what you think of it after you get a chance to use it, it looks interesting but may have the same problem. I have no issue with thrusting/"bouncing", as long as it gets me off before I get too tired. It's fun, and feels great, but a bit too much of a work out when I can just use something else hehe. Also, PROSTATE MILKING! That's what it's called! I love that, THAT is what the bad boy does... The last time I used it, that's what it did... After a few minutes, I started to ooze actual ejactulate (Pre-cum and sperm), it was great and I would love a toy that does that every time (Or close to it), but once again... Too much pressure.
Does the wand do what I explained, fairly easily?
Also, could you point me towards more info on prostate milking? Any toys that are meant for milking would be great, or even just an article or two. On top of prostate orgasms, I also love prostate milking - either just one long orgasm, or none (Is this what milking even is? I'm guessing based on context).

Also, I'm personally not a huge fan of vibrating toys. Don't get me wrong, the first few times I got off - was from different vibrating toys... But a lot of the times they numb you before you can get off, and I usually just turn off the vibrations and take pleasure in the toy on its own.
I'm still open to vibrators, however, but they're really not on my radar anymore, until someone points one out that presses hard enough against the prostate, and the vibrator is strong + in the tip instead of the base. I'd imagine something like that would work very well, and give you a chance to enjoy yourself before going numb.

ScottA:
Yeah, I actually got rid of it when I got rid of the probe... I don't know why they even make this stuff, if you get a tear or anything like that - you won't feel it, you'll just notice blood and you're pretty much screwed... It's extremely dangerous to even THINK about it. As for relaxing - yeah, no problem, as you'll see below - I'm able to (And love to) take thickness easily. Although I would rather have a thrusting toy, than a butt plug, the thickest one of the ones I link below, is AMAZING... But only after the long haul of getting it in.
And yes, I love anal play - but I just haven't found one that does it for me on its own... Any tips? I really do love prostate orgasms, so I don't want to give that up... But I also want to toss in anal play, and be able to enjoy both without tiring myself, and being able to get off without having to finish myself off, uh, manually (Which is why I got into anal play in the first place).
I've used a nest-type thing before (Cloth hangers... Complicated setup, didn't work too well), but really it's just too much of a headache. They work very well, but I'm just too nervous without something to prevent it sliding it. The last thing I want to end my play time is a trip to the ER, and embarressing x-rays.
The Tiger Dildo looks AMAZING, however yeah the wearing out thing is a bit of an issue - I can usually go on for 15-20 minutes full speed, but sometimes that just isn't enough and I'm left tired and disapointed. As for partner play - out for me at the moment - I'm single, straight, and any girl I date I wouldn't want to bring up pegging until at least the uh... 50th date

A fucking machine would be IDEAL, I have priced them and looked around, but they're just out of what I can justify right now. I love anal masturbation, but I love living in a house and having food to eat more.

Most of what I have:
link - This one is EXTREME, takes forever to relax enough to get it in, and is not fun to get out... But it feels great just sitting there, not sure why.
link - this one was disappointing, you can't sit on it (Easily), and it just... Didn't work for me.
link - the vbirating butt plug in this pack is just truly great, however I ended up having to force it in since it wasn't thick enough and the tip didn't press against my prostate enough without assistance to really do much more than give me a tingle. After the 2nd or 3rd use, I got a major tingle... The wiring was exposed in the base and it was shocking me (Very minor).
link - this is the worst toy I have ever owned and I regret buying it... The material is just too weak, the finger holds constantly get in the way, and the end is too long and makes it so you can't sit on it. All in all it was just the most uncomfortable thing I have ever used. It may be good for partner play, but it's just awkwardly shaped for solo.
link - this is the harness I bought - it fits perfectly around my chair, pillows, just about anything really. It is GREAT, but kind of annoying to clean. $55, but money well spent if I can get something that fits it better than what I have - that actually gets me off without tiring me out too much.
link - I use this, and what comes with the harness, in the harness... I'm not sure which I like more, but this one scares me at times since it has a seam around the tip (And I'm not too excited at the fact it has an actual phallic head, but no biggie)
link - this one would be my favorite vibrator if it would stay pointed in the right direction. There is seriously no way to tell where it is inside you. If you manage to get it pointed towards your prostate, it's great. But that never happens. It could also be thicker, longer, and softer - it's not that great for thrusting or long term use.

...I should really write indepth reviews on all the products, I do love reviewing these toys, and it would be nice if I could eventually get toys for free to review.
Anywways, that list should help show my experience, and maybe even help people out who are looking for a new toy.

I don't see an edit button anywhere, so I apologize if there is and I missed it, but... I just read your 'Lucid Heart' review, LiftedUp, and it sounds amazing. I have never owned a glass toy, and I've actually avoided them for some reason - but maybe I should start considering them. Can you see the 'Lucid Heart', or any glass toy, as being a solo toy to milk / have a prostate orgasm from? Are there any benefits over the toys I've mentioned (Or non-glass in general), that glass toys bring to the table? I'd love to have something like the Lucid Heart (Or it, itself, if they have it in stock when I order), if it can get me off before I get too tired, or at least provide an enjoyable experience without feeling let down.

Hi MaouMew,

I do use the lucid heart not just for partner play, but also for solo play. Every body and it's anatomy is different, so I'm always hesitant to guarantee an orgasm or milking from any toy. I will say that for ME personally though, the lucid wand is the best I've found for prostate MILKING so far. I know you touched on it in your first response, but just to be clear, a prostate milking is when you apply a bit of pressure to your prostate gland, to manually drain the prostate fluid from within it. This is the dripping and leaking of fluid from your penis that you described earlier. Again everyone is different, but generally a complete milking can take from 15-30 minutes to get all of the fluid out. In most practices, a prostate milking does NOT result in orgasm. In fact, many people who practice prostate milking specifically slow down, or stop the pressure, if the milkee feels like they are going to orgasm. (This is a technique fairly common in chastity and long-term denial play, because milking the prostate of its fluids, when it is not getting rid of them by itself through orgasm, has been (in SOME studies) linked to a healthier prostate, and a decline in prostate cancer later in life). So a milking doesn't always have to lead to orgasm. Some people can orgasm just from milking. Some just like to have their body drained of fluids with no control over it.

As for the question about glass, I will say that it is the BEST material for a prostate milking wand that I've ever used. Benefits? It is more smooth and slippery than any other material I've used. That means less distraction from friction on your anus, and more focus on your prostate directly. It is rigid. When you point it at your prostate, and apply pressure, it gives it to you! The pressure is transferred fully through the glass because its rigid. There's no give or flex to it. It won't turn and miss the spot you're trying to hit, at the critical moment. Additionally, it's non-porous, able to be sterilized, simple to clean, can be heated or cooled for temperature play, etc... the list goes on and on.

Again for me personally (and your mileage may vary) but for prostate ORGASMS, I always do better with dildos and thrusting. You posted quite a bit of a list of toy's you've tried... I don't know if ANY of those would allow me to orgasm from my prostate though. I will only use 100% pure silicone dildos (mostly Tantus, as I am a HUGE fan), and usually strap them into a harness, and mount the harness on something for me to thrust against like a chair/bench/etc... Like you though, there have been times that I've grown too tired just before I reach climax, but then other times, I've had some of the best orgasms of my life. I also have looked into machines for that purpose. I actually bought an industrial DC motor, and all the components to build the variable speed control, mounted a flywheel for adjustable stroke length, etc... but never have found the time to build the base and enclosure, nor got the rest of the mounting hardware yet. I'm sure someday I will, but for now, I'm just too busy to finish it. Until then, I'll stick to what I've got, as it seems to be working fairly well so far.

It's so tough to recommend toys, because as much as we are biologically and physically the same, everyone's body is different. Toys are great, but some of the most intense orgasms will come from dual stimulation, and if you have a game partner, having them massage (milk) your prostate manually and stroke you off is awesome. Because of the similarity (and some argue sameness) of the g-spot and prostate gland, I highly recommend looking into g-spot stimulators, as it sounds like you already have. Getting the angle right is half the battle, and knowing when to back off or press on is yet another part of it.

As a lady, i vary from enjoying fast stroking along my g-spot (aka hard fucking) and firm pressure directly on it (usually from masturbation). Getting a toy that applies firm pressure to that spot and vibrates may be intense, but it may serve you well to try and get a toy that accomplishes both, and use it without the vibe to start, building up to that intense climax.

It goes without saying that prostate health is a big deal for dudes, and milking it is a great way to stay happy and healthy. There are some great posts already, so definitely consider the kind of stimulation you enjoy (thrusting, static stimulation, vibration, etc.) - only you can decide what the best toy is. Happy hunting!

Alright I figured that's what milking was, but I wasn't 100% - thanks for clearing that up. As for glass, is it safe for hard/fast use? I really enjoy going pretty fast/hard, and I usually go on like this for awhile (Up to 20 minutes), but glass seems like it may be too hard of a material for this - but if you've tried this and it doesn't end up making you sore later on, I think I may just have to buy it . I'll probably buying it either way, though, just because it seems like an awesome milker.
And as for using a dildo for thrusting, I'm going to look into buying a tantus... Any suggestions for what I should start off with, that you find works best for what I'm after? I'm looking at the captain, and it looks great, but it seems like eden doesn't have it (Yet?).
And building a machine would be IDEAL, I'd -LOVE- to build one of those chair rockers, because it seems like the cheapest way to have something easily controllable, with varying speeds, and wouldn't wear you out as much as 'bouncing'. I probably won't be doing this for awhile, but oh well, I can dream

giggled:
Yeah, that's actually what I was primarily looking for awhile back, but it's so hard to find one that is flanged AND has some indicator as to which direction it's facing (Or is easy to control). I guess I shouldn't write them off so quickly though... Just gotta find one that works for me

So true, and a huge factor is shape as well as texture - things that often (at least in my personal experience), get overlooked in favor of horsepower and size. A bump or groove in the right place can make all the difference, and sadly, there's no way to really know what will work for you until you try it.

Some baseline things to try, though:

1. Size - what size works best for you? Length, girth, what's most comfortable? Maybe it varies and you like to work your way up, or maybe you just prefer something consistently slim. Maybe you like to mix it up.

2. Texture - hard, soft, smooth, bumpy, ridged, what do you like? This is tougher, since it usually requires some trial and error to figure out.

3. Shape - This varies widely based on angle, position and interaction. How do you play with your toys? Do you thrust them, grind them, ride them, or just stick them in and enjoy the full feeling?

Based on how you like to use your toys, take into consideration shape, texture and size. For instance, if you like to thrust your toys, you probably don't want something too hard, textured and small (poor grip, possibly painful). Vibration is a factor that should really come last, in my opinion. Vibes are great, but they can give us heightened expectations, and subsequently big disappointments when they don't perform as well as we expected - or too well.

Tantus is in the process of discontinuing the Captain (and it's twin-in-different-colo rs the Squirt).

Eden still has some of the Squirts here link .

They're great dildos. Very filling, and the hool hits the prostate every time. If you don't want to thrust it can be used as a "milker" as well. The only downside is that the smooth finish sometimes doesn't want to hold lube (depends on your lubes) - oil lubes are good, though, as are some silicone lubes.

If you want to get a Captain Tantus has them on the closeout page. link .

I've heard that the Fun Factory Magnum is also a very nice dildo, very much like the Tiger without the stripes.

Thanks, I had found that out a few hours ago, but this confirms it... I need to buy it now hehe.
Do you have any idea when they'll run out or anything like that? Also, what's the ordering / shipping experience like with tantusinc? I LOVE edenfantasys, since they're discreet (A must for me), fast, and after you order something - you ONLY get what you ordered, nothing else. I had a bad experience with adameve.com awhile back, where they kept sending me extremely obvious flyers in the mail and claimed I couldn't be taken off the list immediately... Don't really want to go through that experience again.

Tantus isn't quite as discreet as Eden (the return address does say "Tantus" rather than having a not-so-obvious name), but they don't adorn their packages with pictures of dildos or semi-nude people or anything like that - it's just a plain cardboard box. If your neighbors knew what Tantus meant or were nosy enough to look it up there could be a problem, but otherwise not a problem. They do use UPS rather than USPS or SmartPost, so your toy gets dropped off in the front of the house rather than being safely locked away in the mailbox (providing you have a locking box).

After sale Tantus is extremely discreet. They didn't send anything at all. When I got my Captain from them it did get caught up in last December's transportation mess and took almost a month to come, but other than that I was happy. Price-wise tantusinc.com tends to be on the high end unless you get a "closeout" (there are valid reasons for this), but they're good.

What else would you expect from Metis?

Alright thanks, three more questions though hehe:
1) December's transportation mess?
2) Who is Metis?
3) Any idea why, whenever I try to order from Tantus, I get 'Unable to authorize payment: This transaction cannot be accepted at this time.'?
