I have a Doc Johnson Mood Naughty silicone butt plug. Size is small (started with medium, decided need to work with small for a while first). Overall it is great, but I find the flange to be irritating, particularly where it comes to a point, and how it curves up into your body. Does anyone have suggestions for a plug that would be similar, but have a more comfortable flange? Thanks.

I should also note, I am male and am looking for something that can be worn while up and moving around, for a few hours at a time.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am trying that one now. It comes out easily, perhaps because the neck is thicker. The base does not poke me any more, but I think it is too wide. Now I know what I need. A base that is long (front to back) but not wide (side to side) and is flat, not curving into the body. Now to just find it...

I've heard of people leaving the Tantus plugs in for extended use. If the Ryder is larger than you like, check out the Ace or the Infinity.

a pure plug is good because of the ring not being perpendicular to the toy. check out the size you would like
