I was reading a comparative discussion earlier where a member was debating between two toys that were different sizes, but their dilemma was that the size they wanted wasn't offered in the color they wanted. Their post made me realize that I tend to do the same thing sometimes, and I also tend to try to keep a "color balance" in my insertable toys. Do you find yourself placing a higher priority on the color of a toy than say it's size or function, or try to keep a certain number of red toys, etc.?
Toys and their colors

I like pink, silver, black, and blue. If those are out of stock on something I'll generally wait. If they aren't options at all, it makes me question if I want something.
Example. I hate gold with a passion. The Zini Ran comes in a black/gold or a wine color. It had been sold out for months. When it came back in stock, it only came back in the black/gold. Even though I had been stalking the Ran for about four months, I emailed support to ask about the wine instead of ordering. I really didn't want the black/gold. I felt like I would use it less due to the coloring. Sadly, only that color was being restocked. I ended up getting it because the shape appealed to me a lot. If the shape was just a little less interesting, I may have passed due to the color.
Color is pretty important to me. It doesn't get final say in my decisions, but it plays an important part.

I won't, generally, buy a toy if it's only available in skin tone, gold/copper or pink. Otherwise, other colors will all be accepted, and design comes first.

I avoid pink at every opportunity (although I didn't turn up my nose at Intensity, I'll admit that right up front!).
I really do take color into a lot of consideration---even if color won't get me to rule out an item all by itself, it can definitely bump an item far down my wishlist. The Jopens, for example... I've wanted a vr8 and/or vr9 for a long time, but they keep getting nudged down the wishlist because that fuschia would clash with most of my things.

How many orange things do you find? I've got the Tantus Spoon and their Ryder in orange (the same orange)... and those are like the only existent orange things, apart from Ina which I tried because it was orange, hated, and gave away.

I dont care what color the toys are, as long as they work right and feel good.

I know it shouldn't make a lick of difference but... Black or Stainless. Blue or red is ok, but fake flesh tone or pastels are a turn off for me. But I'm a guy... what do you expect?
