Like the njoys.
Ones with thick necks or short necks will come out easier. FF B Balls are thin but too short so tend to slip out.
With the correct plug you could even walk around commando and not worry about it falling out.

Personally, I've always had good luck with a tight pair of briefs/panties underneath my boxers. At least in a worst-case scenario in which your plug becomes expelled unexpectedly (from a good sneeze/cough, bending over, etc... it can happen!), the briefs can serve as a last resort from a plug finding its way onto the floor...
