The only thought I had on this: (and I've never tasted a cock lol) They would have to find a mixture of chemicals that matched the taste.
Said chemicals (if biological) would certainly breed the hell out of bacteria.
If they weren't biological... I think it would be horrid to shove a dildo covered/soaked in the magic dick scent anywhere.
