I'm not sure how you would keep it in the harness. You could use the dildo for anal penetration without a harness - and if that works it will give both of you more confidence that pegging will work. My wife and I did it this way - and investing it a couple of good Vixskin silicone dildos was worth the investment. If it's any consolation - they will last a really long time if properly cared for.
