Thickness is more suitable for me than length. But if I use it for a long time, it will make my anus uncomfortable. I like the huge anal toys in the edenfantasys. But I also used acmejoy anal toys. I've gone both directions. And like both. But thick got my vote. Deep play requires a different level of preparation- there is no quick way to clean above the sigmoid. While it is a unique feeling and challenge going deep, it just requires a lot more time to do it properly.

Is it wrong to love both, LOL?

I love the feeling of reaching the top of the rectum at the junction with the sigmoid and having the sphincters spread as wide as possible at the same time. A toy like the Anal Intimidator really does both very well!

But I also love going for length or girth separately too!

For length, I have a mallet with whose ribbed, skinny handle gets me so hard when I get all 9.5" in me and the bulbous base just barely pushing against the sigmoid! Can take it for about 10 minutes before I explode!

For girth, love the feeling of having my sphincters spread as wide as possible with toys like the EF Girthy Giant that offer about 10 to 10.5" in circumference! Love squeezing my legs against the base of the toy and feeling the toy gaping my hole as wide as I can get it to gape!

For some reason, I can last about twice as long with the widest toys as I can with the longest ones, but I do love them both! Is that wrong, LOL?

Both are as important to me and also depends on my mood and what my asshole is calling for. I mastered length as far as I'd like (32"..wooot!) and I'm now working on some thick toys and training my hole to open way wider, takes lots of lube and patience but can trigger instant orgasm. You really need a clean colon and lots of good water based lube. I recommend J or K Powdered Lube and make a nice thick batch for extra slippery glide. I agree, both length and width are important, but it has to be comfortable.

I like a combination the up town boyfriend xl is perfect I can take it all the way and feel just stretched enough I'm just sad I waited as long as I did for it to come back in stock and now it's on sale for almost 1/3 the price I paid..a strongly recommend buy it now I may get one for a friend of mine for Xmas ??
