I recently bought my first glass dildo. And I really want to start using it as a kegel exerciser. I know I can't walk around with it or anything, but I still want to give it a shot while I'm reading in bed. Bad idea?? Or possibly a good idea?

Absolutely possible. What you can do is clench on it, and, while clenching, keep tugging. It's an active sort of exercise, so, doing it while reading in bed probably isn't going to happen. That said, it takes, like, max, 10 minutes to do.
